O.Chimedtseren /Chimdeeo/ was born in Baganuur district, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia in 1996.

Graduated Mongolian State University of Art and Culture in 2017. Skilled in fine arts, he was mentored by Ganbold S. While studying, he focused more on portrait and anatomy.

He uses mostly oil and charcoal. His main view of philosophy on painting is "The freedom of expressing one's beauty and deep emotions using a figure, i.e a human body".
